  • When will the signs be placed out?
    Signs will be placed out at least 2 hours before the start of your event.
  • How will Propped Up get the signs?
    Propped Up will pick up the signs from your home or office. There is a one-time, $25 fee for pickup.
  • How will I know when the signs have been placed?
    We’ll text or call to let you know the signs are up.
  • Will Propped Up return the signs at the end of the scheduled event?
    Yes, we’ll return the signs at the end of the scheduled service or store them for future events, whichever you prefer.
  • Will Propped Up print the address on each sign?
    Yes, Propped Up can print the address on each sign for a $10 fee. Note that this service requires 48 hours advance notice.
  • Where will the signs be placed?
    We’ll strategically place the signs for each event. If you want them in a certain location, just specify your preference under “special instructions” in the order form.
  • What if I have more than 6 signs for my event?
    No problem! There will be a $5 charge for each additional sign.
  • Can I hire ProppedUp for one day instead of two?
    Yes! We are happy to accommodate you on an open house for a Saturday or Sunday only.
  • Does ProppedUp service Broker tours or Twilight Tours?
    Yes, with a 48 hour notice.
